REGISTERING FOR THE 2023 GLASTONBURY LACROSSE TOURNAMENT
No team is guaranteed a spot until the registration is complete, payment in full has been received, and the Tournament Director has confirmed inclusion in writing.
Teams that competed in 2022 can guarantee their spot for 2023 by submitting their completed paperwork and making payment in full (either online or through the mail) BEFORE June 15th 2023.
Once the field of teams has been established, a confirmation letter along with other updates will be emailed to all team contacts.
The GLT will not be held liable for any equipment that may be lost, stolen or damaged. The sole responsibility for any and all equipment will be with the respective coach or player. There will be a lost and found area at the Main Tent.
All fees are non-refundable except at the discretion of the organizers of the event and the event is subject to re-scheduling or cancelation due to severe weather or the direction of the Town of Glastonbury. The exception is that if a new paid team is not selected for the 2021 Tournament then their fee will be fully refunded.
The Schedule will be available prior to the tournament, no later than noon on Friday July 21stt, 2023.
